tina12185 @oab i added pics of myself in the skirt. The measurements are 13 3/4" width on the bottom and 16" length. It is made out of rayon and spandex. It is very comfortable. I bought it for work a couple years ago and have only worn it a couple times. I changed jobs and have not worn it since.
