Black wool A line coat size 4

I bought this coat from Etsy a couple years ago and it was too small and I wore it once against my better judgement anyway because it’s beautiful. I am a broad shouldered gal and I didn’t read the measurements. These photos are from that Etsy listing and these measurements are from the Etsy listing as well. Deeply discounted bc I raised my arms while wearing it and tore under the armpit. This would be a simple repair but I don’t have it in me. bust 41" waist 40" hips 46" sleeve length 22" shoulder to shoulder 19" length 38"
