Black work pants

The tag says XL and is made in China but I usually wear a 6/8 pants at NY&Co. Was given these as a gift but they’re too short for me I’m 5’9”. Great material, brand new condition. Inseam is approximately 29 inches, waist is approx 15inches laying flat.
