Black yellow floral dress

Perfect for tea parties! It is a line/princess seamed dress. Fitted at the waist makes it SOOOO flattering. Black yellow and white floral print. Tags says 6 but it fits a four as well. I like that the straps are thick enough to wear to church or Easter. I've worn this once. Great condition, no flaws. Just never reach for it
