Elastic waist that measures anywhere from 14.5 inches straight across when relaxed to 19 inches without much resistance. Full skirt is unlined. If I had to guess I would say the material is polyester. I also estimate this to be a size large. It is featured on my size, medium dress form for scale, but there is a little bit of room. Pull and styling. The Cami measures approximately 18 inches from armpit to armpit with some stretch and the dress is 46 inches shoulder to hem.
