BlackHeart Platform Ankle Vegan Leather Boots sz 9

Never worn boots still with the tag but NO BOX! The bottom has minor dust I will clean once sold due to storage. They are from blackheart the hot topic/Fredrick’s of Hollywood store. Size is 9. One boot only came with two chains, I guess that’s the style? They were originally $74 as seen with tag. Heel is at least 4 inches. VEGAN LEATHER!!
