Black Sequin Designed Mid-length skirt

This skirt is beautiful. The skirt has firework designs around the hem in silver and gold sequins. There are sporadic sequins all over the skirt as well. This skirt is 100% cotton and has a lining that is also 100% cotton. The lining has a gold floral border that hands slightly below the skirt. Waist flat across is 15”. Hips flat across is 21”. Length is 26”.
