Black/White Star Skirt with Buttons FINAL PRICE

This skirt is from Aeropostale and is an XS. Fabric is non-stretch black with little white stars across it. Front has functional buttons down it. Measurements are in picture 2. No tags, but I might have worn it once, MAYBE twice, and it is several years old.
