Black/blue top with silver🌻🌻

Pretty black and royal blue top with silver embellishments in between the blue and black. Ruffled collar and neckline, with royal blue outlining on the ends. This is NWOT , never worn, it came in a bag, I have a size L, and wear it with a black skirt to get dressy, or pair with jeans, for a casual look. Very pretty on, and versatile. 💕😊💕
