Black/blue/white Mini Dress

Beaitiful blue, black and white fitted mini dress. It ties on one side. It is size xsmall but I am a small and it fits me as a tunic and it looks great with leggings! Length is 30" from shoulder to hem. Bust is 17.5" flat. Sleeve length is 24" and fitted sleeve width is 6" at top and 4" at wrist.
