Hello! Per the website size guide the medium bottoms measure as follows:
Waist 26" - 30"
Hip 36" - 40"
US Size 4-8
Unfortunately there is no rise measurement but they are a very modest high rise. Nothing too showy or revealing. Hope this helps!

@katelyng109 I would say they run a little on the small size. I’m 5’3” 127 lbs with an athletic build and they were a bit snug on me.

@izzyswank Okay I went ahead and added a few photos of the actual suit. The coloring is a little off in my pictures due to the lighting in my house, but I would say the color in the professional photo is a true representation.
