Black/cream cocktail dress with fun details

Lightweight black/cream cocktail dress with black trim cap sleeves, ruffles on chest, wrap belt, tie at back of neck, pleating on skirt and POCKETS! Hidden side zip. About 17-18”from shoulder to waist. 36” from shoulder to hem. I wish it still fit me. Never worn out of the house :/
