Black/midnight blue dress with lace detail

I purchased this dress at Anthropologie. It falls mid-calf and is a beautiful midnight blue color with black over it in a floral pattern. The detail at the waist is great for shorter folks since it defines it and provides the illusion that your bottom half is longer.
