Blackmilk black velvet strappy crop top

Brand New with tags, only tried on. Super cute velvet crop. It fit me a little too big (I'm normally a small or medium in BM depending on the piece). Very stretchy. Measurements are included in the photo. For reference, I'm a 28-29 waist and 34C/32D bust and I felt it was a little loose on me. Would best fit a Medium to Large. Retails for $32.
