Blackmilk burned velvet white maxi dress

Blackmilk burned velvet white maxi dress I bought this from someone else to dye a custom color and never got around to it. Please note it does have some discolorations, which I wasn’t concerned about because I was going to change the color. I never wore it. It does seem to pick up the colors of things it’s hung next to and even has a line from the hanger. Possibly could bleach if you wanted it white, but would be ideal for dying BNWT Pet friendly, smoke free home.
