Black/white floral puff sleeve flowy dress

I can’t tell if the color faded or one side of the dress is supposed to be brighter than the other (see pictures 2 & 9). Black/white (blue undertone) / ivory Flattering/ loose fitted. 3/4 sleeve. Fits like a medium in women’s although marked as a large in kids. Some color bleeding (I wasn’t able to remove) as shown in last 2 pictures Hem is high-low (sides are longer than middle)
