Black/white swing coat

Beautiful black & white coat with empire waist, fabric covered buttons 4 buttons on each sleeve cuff, fully lined, 2 buttons at neck and 8 buttons to close the coat. Belt with black velvet accent to tie in front. 2 side pockets. Pit to pit 20”, 45” top of shoulder to bottom of coat, 24” sleeve length from top of shoulder. It has an a-line fit with swingy lower half. Purchased in a boutique clothing store. Very well made, new condition.
