Is this elastic in the waist of the bottoms still good or stretched out? Are these silky or more like a cottony stretch type? Are all of the seams intact with no fraying? What are the waist and hip measurements? Thanks

@wfudeacon77 I do not have measurements because my shop is across town and I am already home for the night. The elastic and everything is intact and not stretched out. When there is flaws in my listings I post them or take photos. This is more of a silky material.
