Blair fully lined ivory/off-white eyelet dress with black piping, 10P

Blair fully lined ivory/off-white eyelet dress with black piping, 10 P (petite). Very pretty and feminine / lolita. There is one small snag in the eyelet as circled in the photo. There are also tiny fabric belt loops on the sides for a ribbon or other thin belt feature if desired. This dress is fully lined and well made (no slip required). It's a generous size 10 petite. The fabric is heavy and has a little stretch for a comfortable fit that is easy wash & wear gentle cycle. It has a hidden zipper with hook & eye closure.
