Blair women's flannel button-down shirt NWOT

BRAND NEW Blair turquoise, blue/green flannel button-down shirt with cream stripes. It is a Medium, but runs large - this looks like at least a L, could fit like XL. This is not even tried on - totally unworn. Did not come with tags, but extra button is still attached.
