how small does this run? fitted or more oversized?

@rkatten9 it is more on the fitted side on me (I can still wear a light long sleeve shirt underneath and be comfortable but probably would be more comfortable with just a tee underneath) but I am usually a Medium. I added pictures with approximate measurements in case that helps!
