Blanque Art to Wear Asymmetrical Black Pinstriped Double Collar Blouse Stunning!

I have been a collector of Blanque long enough to recognize this even without the tag. This is an absolutely stunning beautifully made blouse with a double collar double buttons and red over stitching in a black woven pinstripe. The fabric is 100% rayon to dry clean. only this is asymmetrical with a small portion of the front being pleated. This looks amazing with wide leg pants. The designers tag is missing, but there is no doubt in my mind that this is a newer Blanque design, retail in the upper $200 range. Zero flaws noted.
