Blazer that’s not boring

Chinese- inspired design, tasseled zipper, small shoulder pads. Waist length blazer to pair with any black wardrobe staple. Size is missing but I wear 6 or 8. I love this but the jacket hits the wrong place on my hourglass figure. It’s time to let someone put this awesome piece to use!
