Blessed number one V-neck T-shirt sports shirt design. 3X but I think 2x fit

Navy blue with silver lettering and design looks like a sports jersey this T-shirt label has the size is 3X it has great stretch to it, but I think it’s probably a 2X fit The PTP 22” structures to 24”. The bottom hem is kind of scalloped, so I’m gonna give you the measurement from the V-neck portion all the way down to the hem, which is.24 1/2” sleeveless is 9” (010)
