@trublu22 thank you so much for your patience! The sleeve length from outer shoulder seam to end of sleeve varies approximately 14-16 inches as the ruffle appears tapered at the sleeve. The Length of solid fabric from upper neck to bottom of blouse is approximately 18 inches with about 3 inches of length so total length about 21 inches of the blouse body.
