knickknacksnack @tydyedpink my waist was snaaaaatched at the time. Lol. I think I got it to either got my waist down to a 29-34. But the bottom (butt area and bust) were a true 14.

knickknacksnack I wore 2 golds gym waist bands. They are $10 a piece at Walmart but I would do a little cardio and I kept it up for a month and my waist began to melt away. (Literally) Lol. It was a weird adjustment at first but I got use to it. @tydyedpink and the results are long term as long as you continue to do 30 minutes to 1 hour of cardio 3-5 times a week
