Pre-loved condition cap-toe patent leather flats by Bloch. Black patent leather for the cap and the shoe body. Signs of wear on the bottom soles, and discoloration at the inside heel (see photos). Uppers, insoles, and outsoles are all Leather. 0.25” heel. Sizing: Listed as a 39.5, which Bloch says is an 8.5 US.
