This gorgeous dress is a very flattering design with halter neckline, teardrop opening, black top with tulle over nude bottom. Lightly padded top. The top two layers of tulle have wired edges for flare with 2 nude linings, the second having a row of stiff tulle to add even more flare. The iridescent rhinestones add a gorgeous sparkle. Waist 29”, bust 34”, length from waist 19”. Zippered back with hook and eye neck closure. NWOT
