'Bloom Chic' black floral maxi dress, cold shoulder elastic waist, 4XL (22)

Black background with white flowers accented with purple, tan and rust colors with green leaves. *It comes with a belt (76" long) There is a belt loop on either side of the dress *Spaghetti straps with flutter sleeves (take note of the cold shoulder style). *23" Slit placed over the right leg *Lightweight *Not lined Measurements are approximate. I try to be as accurate as possible. 40" waist lying flat...stretches to 54" 51" long from the top of the bodice where it meets the spaghetti strap to the bottom hem (13" bodice & 38" skirt) Upon very close inspection I found some very tiny holes & a couple of pulls in the back way down by the back bottom hem. They're not noticeable when the dress is on. My price reflects that.
