Bloom on Ivory Floral Print Maxi Dress

I ordered this beautiful dress from Poshmark and it's too small. The tag was cut off, however, the Posher I bought it from said it is a small. It's a gorgeous dress, but it's too short and tight for me. I'm 5'4" and about 133 lbs. The full length of the dress is perfect for me, but the part that is too short on me is the lining and the part where the buttons end and the front opening starts. It may work better for a more petite build. I just had a baby so I'm a bit busty up top too right now. The dress is used, but in great condition. I did not find any flaws!
