this is brand new with tags Bloomchic Cost with soft outside and silky lining buttons on the side with a belt you can tie mid- length burgundy color with collar super comfortable and stylish on this size 14-16 was ordered wrong and to late to return but all there clothes fit true to size please let me know if you have any questions thank you
