Bloomchic dress size 18-20 NWT

Black gray and white V-neck size 18–20 dress comes to about my knees or past my knee, but I am 5’4”. Short almost cap sleeves. With ruffles the dress designs has small flowers, polkadots, and arrows with other designs and vertical stripes that elongates and is very flattering. Unfortunately, it was just too big for me. My loss is your gain!
