Here is a unique upcycled boho hippie style women’s bloomers. It has been hand sewn, designed and custom dyed for a distressed custom style. The waist is stretchy and will fit a size 32” - 40” waist. The ruffled bottom with hit right around the ankles for a very cute retro look. I added the pockets with bows for a designer look. The inseam, rises and waist w measurements are in my photos.
