Blooming Jelly off-white blouse

Beautiful, flowy and out stitched polka dots make this v-neck blouse so pretty. Womens size XXL. See through sleeves and opaque body with lining. This top was never worn, but arrived with a few flaws. please see last 4 pictures. I have not tried to remove any. A few dots and a line, barely visible unless super close.
