Bloomingdale’s Black Velvet Pencil Skirt 12 petite NWOT

This is a very nice black velvet pencil skirt should say velvet feel. I’ve included a picture with what the material is. I don’t believe it’s ever been worn. It has a slit in the back that is still stitched shut. Approximate measurements : Waist 17” Length 23.25”
