Bloomingdales Fitted Dress w/shoulder pads

This dress is absolutely adorable on! The shoulder pads really make the dress but it is petite so if you are over 5’7” it may be too short to wear as a dress. Despite the picture it is pretty fitted. As shown in the pics there is a small bleach mark but could be hidden better with a navy blue sharpie. Very thick and comfy cotton material
