Bloomingdale’s Girl’s Special Occasion Silky Halter Dress, sz xl-NWT

I must have purchased for my daughter for vacation and for whatever reason forgot about. I just found in my closet in a Bloomingdale’s shopping bag with receipt stapled to price ticket. My loss is someone’s gain. The scarf like print and fabric is right on trend today and the elastic on waist make sizing more flexible. Believe a kids xl is a 14-16. The top part is a halter so you tie the straps as comfortable. There also is a border & ribbon to tie in the back for a perfect cinch. Really stylish dress with pretty fabric and a gorgeous ( Hermes style) print. Timeless cute dress.
