Bloomingdales Kimono floral dress.

Floral kimono type dress with white piping detail, attached ties and no zipper. This is a reposh. This clearly says it is a size 16 on the new tags but is no way an American women's size 16. It fits like a 10-12. Since it says 16 I felt I couldn't return and am reposhing with details I wish I had been given. It's so cute, I wish it fit me.
