Bloomingdales Whistles blue midi dress sleeves sz 4

Bloomingdales Whistles midi dress, blue with tiny white and yellow flowers. Rouched top with long midi skirt. Sleeves with light poof and rouching. Buttons down the front. Size zip. Very flattering and attractive. Worn twice but I don’t think I’ll wear it again. Looks like new. I did cut out the white interior tag for washing instructions.
