Blouse

Urban Outfitters blouse. It's hard to see in the picture but this shirt has cutout sleeves so the top of the arm and shoulder is showing (looks super cute) the back is almost completely open and it is meant to be slightly cropped, making it super cute with jeans and shorts. Also, it has a tie top so you can adjust it. One of my favorite shirts!
