Absolutely get attention wearing this Cold shoulder red blouse with cute details like crisscrossing at the v neck ruffled sleeves and longer length in the back. 100% polyester. 28 in from shoulder to front hem. 31 1/2 in from shoulder to back hem. 30 in across the bust. Nice flowing blouse! LOVE this blouse but it's too long for me.
