Blouse

It's dark blue, with white embroidery design. The sleeves are Bell sleeves at the end. And it sits nicely on despite the first photo. It is not a crop top it sits right at the waist. It is a little small in the arms if you wear a small, but have athletic arms like me I run into this problem sometimes.
