Blouse

Nice blouse bought for an event but couldn't wear due to being too big. I have broad shoulders and meaty upper arms, bought it to fit my arms but dissatisfied with the rest of the look. Anyway...poly-spandex, true 3X, shear polka dotted sleeves with cuffs the sane material as the body of the shirt, no nicks, in perfect shape.
