This Ralph Lauren ladies' blouse is absolutely beautiful. It has ruffled neck and down the front. It Blue and white has a sweet little 4.5" ruffle around the bottom. It is 100% cotton made in Indonesia. It is lady size M. This blouse is summer and spring with jeans or how about White shorts and Sandles. See photos for visual description.
