Blouse / Royal Blue with floral embellishments

Lightweight, effortless blue top. Delicate sleeves and flattering form. Ties at waist for any size. Arms are a bit too tight to fasten for me now, but have gotten loads of compliments wearing this blouse. Stands out in a crowd and is very breathable.
