Blouse by NY Collection Petite

NWT black blouse. The store tag says Large but the tag that is sewn in Says Medium . That is what it is a medium and that is why I never wore it because I need a large. It’s a very nice blouse some stretch, three-quarter sleeves . A scoop neck and each side has three toggle grommets and they can be opened as shown in picture. Pit to pit is 18 inches and back shoulder to bottom is 24 inches.
