Blouse or Tunic

Is it a blouses or a runic...how tall are you? It measures 30 1/2 inches from the shoulder Sean as pictured. This is a navy blue tunic has a line of small buttons from the bottom to the neck that can give it a caudal look. You can also see from the pictures it is a slightly sheer fabric. Great look with jeans and boots or an overlay for a swimsuits.
