Blouse with pearl and bead embellishment

Loose-fitting, black blouse with 1/2 length sleeves. High neck-line, lines with pearl, beads, and rhinestone embellishments. Sleeves have a tie at the ends. The collar has two buttons to close it tight. Small opening in the upper back right under the buttons.
