Blouse with side design

Not red, but maroon top pull over elastic waist so comfortable fit around waist not tight at all. The material is lightweight, not heavy at all. The sleeves are not elastic but look great. This top I wore for Valentine's and looked so nice with blacknpants and my hat. It's such a hit and only wore once just too big on me. Smoke-free home, no stains or tears, and easy to wash.
