Blouse/Cardigan

This is a cute, chic, and floral top that you can wear as a cardigan or blouse. Perfect for office or casual outings. What I like most about this top is the secret way into making it a top. As in the photo, when you wear it; there's a slit on the right side of the blouse that you run the string through and around to tie. Never got to wear it as I out grew it and it can all be yours.
